Why Should You Consider Living in a Tiny House

Moving from a typical American house of area of 2600 square feet to a mere 100-400 square feet was the biggest leap of my life. While all of us have different opinions at such shifting, honestly, I am much happier and satisfied.

This shifting is gaining wide popularity and is also being referred to as the Tiny House Movement, Tiny House Nation and much more by the media. Every individual has their personal reason for taking such a leap. The most common of all such reason is the desire for more time and freedom, environmental concerns, and finances. As it is, more than half of the American population lives under debts because one-third of their income shells out while getting a decent roof over their heads.

For me, it was a simpler reason. I did not want a house so big, that it haunts me to be alone. A little house is cosy and does not make me feel the need for a company. My reasons may be your reason too to look for a tiny house to live, or if not, here are my favourite benefits of why you should actually move to a tiny house sooner!

  • The Cost to Buy a Tiny House is much less than that of a Traditional House
A tiny house can be bought a much lower price than the traditional house, owing to the obvious factor, the total area. The fuel cost and the potential parking fee are a few add ons to the tiny houses, but yet, the overall costing of a traditional house amounts up to huge expenses and debt to the majority of the population. Bigger the house, larger the debt. Tiny houses also free you from the burden of paying big sums from your share of salary every year for a mortgage. If by any chance you take a loan to buy the higher end, best tiny houses too, the mortgage amount is comparatively very less.

  • Take Your Home to Wherever You Go
For the wanderer in you, travel as much as you can, and save those extra bucks spent on hotel rooms and accommodations for travelling furthermore. These tiny houses are well designed and planned for ultimate comfort. While you live your dream of travelling, you can yet be and feel at home.

There is no happy place other than your home, and when your home fuels the adventurer in you, guess what all is possible then!
